Now more than ever, close collaboration across departments and rapid response times are essential to keeping our students safe and healthy. This fall, teams from University Health Services, Housing, and the UW Conference Centers came together to identify process improvements and opportunities to work together and better serve students in residence halls who tested positive for, or were exposed to, Covid-19. In this session, you'll learn how these departments partnered with DoIT to build a CRM platform that eliminated manual processes with automation, combined data from different systems, and streamlined timely and relevant communications.
