The Diversity Framework, The Wisconsin Experience, And Your Work

We don’t have to reinvent the wheel to support campus missions. This session will workshop a way to align our day-to-day work with campus strategic frameworks. John Martin will share an example of an alignment of the four initiatives of the campus Diversity Framework with the four elements of the Wisconsin Experience framework — and tie them to actionable steps within a unit (see: WI Experience and The Diversity Framework) Participants will then have the opportunity to take a copy of the Diversity Framework / Wisconsin Experience alignment and identify ways that their daily work is already — and can increasingly — support those initiatives.
