Discover the benefits of participating in both sides of a mentorship relationship for leaders and those seeking leadership roles. Learn about mentoring methods such as "reverse mentoring," where the less experienced person acts as a mentor to help the more experienced person bridge technical barriers or generational gaps. Attendees will have a chance to join UW’s IT Mentoring program to be matched as a mentor or mentee. Attendees will pair into mentoring partnerships and engage in guided exercises designed to help you uncover new solutions to real situations or issues from your professional life.
