Historically, the UW–Madison School of Education had one CIO. Then, it had two co-CIOs. For the past year, the school has had a SoE IT Trio. None of the co-CIOs report to each other, and each is responsible for different areas of the school (business, academics and research). In this session, you’ll hear directly from the SoE CIOs to learn how they came to this model, implemented it, and why they think it positions the school well for the future. They are excited to share what they’ve learned and what they believe other schools or colleges might take away from this leadership model.
