Television program supporting the striking workers at El Paso's Farah Manufacturing Company. Features interviews with the workers, who express their frustrations with working conditions at the plant and their desire to unionize. This strike lasted two years and eventually resulted in a victory for the workers, a group that was almost entirely Hispanic and majority female.
