Presented by: Stefan Wahe
Description:
One of the first change initiatives I was involved in on-campus was back in 2002 with the conversion of course phone enrollment to on-line enrollment. Whereas I did not lead this effort, I took those lessons and applied them to other changes that impacted thousands of users. In this presentation, I plan to share my experiences and lessons from efforts such as MFA and the recent efforts to supporting a remote workforce. I have based a lot of my approach on “Influencer: The Power to Change Anything.” Session participants will have the opportunity to learn more about building peer groups, tools, and training to help people be successful with changes in our technical and academic landscapes.
