Gary Cohen '76 received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison with a major in Political Science, followed by a Master of Science in Social Work degree in 1980.  Mr. Cohen is currently the Owner, Founder, and Co-President of Employee Resource Systems, as well as the Co-Owner and Founder of ScreenSafe.  In this video, he shares why he pursued social work, his passion for the field, his current work leading two companies, as well as offers advice for current undergraduates.  This interview is part of the College of Letters & Science Career Initiative "Badger to Badger: Steps that Matter" video series.
