Dr. Anne Kinney is the Director of the Solar System Exploration Division
at Goddard Space Flight Center, NASA, and also a University of
Wisconsin-Madison L&S alumna. Dr. Kinney speaks about her background
with and experience in NASA, being courageous as a woman in a
male-dominated discipline, and the importance of flexibility,
self-knowledge, people skills, and mentorship in the workplace. This
