Special instructions on how to enter GPRAs for clients who are READMITTED to SOR-2 funded services. 
Make sure there is an initial record for the baseline, discharge and follow-up GPRAs (you may need to create a placeholder for the follow-up GPRA depending on how much time has passed between the initial intake and the readmit). Use the Record Homepage to "add a new instance" for baseline, follow-up, and discharge GPRAs. This creates a new "set" of GPRAs. Click the admin dashboard radio button, and select the "intake GPRA" link under the heading "Client Re-Admit (1st Re-Admit)." Be sure to upload and save a new informed consent form on the admin dashboard.
