This video will continue to discuss how to estimate parameters in an ODE model, focusing on how to define the ODE function differently, how to pass in additional inputs to an ODE solver, and how to allow an initial condition to change. No new commands will be introduced in this video, but we will bring back the optimoptions command that was introduced earlier with fsolve.
