Molly Reddy, CNPL Alumna, shares from her career experiences working with human-centered design.  Her current work with Fannie Mae, a large for-profit corporation, engages her in mission-driven projects - like affordable housing financing - that remain consistent with the core values she developed and expanded on from her undergraduate CNPL experience, as well as her two years of Peace Corps work.
