Organizational change is all about transitioning from the past to the future. This presentation will cover how to measure an organization's readiness for change and make the transition smooth, using examples from UW’s Active Directory consolidation project. The project team will discuss how they use the ADKAR change management framework and listening sessions to track change readiness. The approach is useful for identifying resistance to change and groups that are eager to start the change process. The information they gathered helps them make informed decisions about necessary actions to improve change readiness.
