Barbara Arnold '73 received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison with majors in Sociology and Social Work.  Ms. Arnold was formerly the Vice President with Toyota Motor Sales USA.  In this video, she shares her professional journey, as well as offers advice about achieving professional success and embracing diversity in the workplace.
