1. New KB sites since Last Monthly Meeting

2. Changes and Improvements since Last Monthly Meeting

   1. Fixed bug where doc ownership was being transferred if write access was set to "Sharing Groups"
   2. Updates to "Denial-of-service" (DoS) protections to prevent connection errors for legitimate users while maintaining security
   3. Enhancement to Group Authorization feature to allow document-level read and write access controls
   4. Added mouse-over tooltips to doc view and edit screens
      • "Owner" write access option - displays name of owner
      • "Owner group admins" write access option - displays list of admins with publish rights
      • Custom read and write access groups - displays group membership or relevant authorization rule
      • CampusAccess options - displays effect of each setting
   5. Document read/write access restrictions now removed when User Access Group or Group Authorization rule is deactivated or deleted
      • Alert displayed when deactivating or deleting
      • Performed retroactive cleanup for groups that had previously been deactivated/deleted
   6. Logic to prevent a document from having a custom read access restriction in combination with CampusAccess setting
      
      • Enforced on doc edit screen as well as Batch Access Change tool
   7. Simplified options for "Edit this page" link visibility to two choices:
      • Display for all users with write access to the document
      • Do not show this link
   8. Significant performance improvements on live site following reworking of access control logic

3. On-going and Proposed Changes

   1. Updating KB Training documentation and paired training videos
   2. Updated documentation for Group Authorization enhancements
   3. Removal of Froala resources
   4. Further User Experience testing for TinyMCE
   5. Developing a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) for the KB
