Lori Hanes '84 received her Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Wisconsin - Madison with majors in Sociology and Psychology. Ms. Hanes is currently the Director of Human Resources for Northwestern  Mutual. In this video, she shares how the field of human resources has changed in recent years, misconceptions about the field,  skills needed in the 21st century, and strategies for interviewing.
