Sam Matthews '11 received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison with majors in Geography and Conservation Biology. Mr. Matthews is currently a software engineer with Mapbox living in Seattle, Washington. In this video, he shares information about what an average day is like at Mapbox and how the liberal arts were helpful in his professional success. Mr. Matthews also shares what led him to choose each of his majors, as well as the amazing experience he had at UW Madison's Cartography Lab.
