The landscape that IT leaders must respond to is constantly changing. To thrive in this environment, leaders must prepare themselves and their teams with the skills to respond and move forward with resilience. This session proposes two skill categories to help foster a resilient mindset: self-awareness and empathy. Participants will work through self-reflection activities and small group exercises to develop these skills. You will leave with a better sense of how your mindset can influence interactions with others and how building trust with your teammates now will support growth and resilience down the road.
