Library Scavenger Hunts

Many of us utilize scavenger hunts in the children’s area of our
spaces as a “passive program” for folks utilizing the library. This is a
unique opportunity we have to highlight informational texts in an area
of our spaces that is so often focused on fiction. This webinar will
highlight practical ways to bring additional information literacy,
reader’s advisory, and facts into our patrons’ daily lives. Grown-ups,
and the children they care for, will enjoy thematic scavenger hunts
tailored to their innate curiosity.
