Pizza
Ingredients:
- 1 x fresh pizza dough. We’re using Trader Joe’s
version
- ½ cup pizza sauce. We are using Trader Joes
version.
- 8oz shredded mozzarella
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- Roll the pizza dough to desired size. The wider
the crust, the thinner it will be.
- Put dough on a greased baking sheet
- Brush dough almost to the edge with pizza sauce
- Lay roasted veggies evenly over dough
- Top with shredded mozzarella
- Season if you want with Italian seasoning or
salt and pepper.
- Bake at 450 degree oven for 12 minutes or until
desired color and doneness
Tomato Based Pizza
Sub Recipe: Roasted
Veggies
Ingredients:
- 8 cups of any combination of fresh onions,
peppers, zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms
- 1/4 oz vegetable oil
- Sat and pepper to taste
Instructions.
- Preheat Oven to 450 degrees
- Toss veggies with vegetable oil. Spread on
baking sheet.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes until desired doneness.
