Pizza

Ingredients:

• 1 x fresh pizza dough. We’re using Trader Joe’s version
• ½ cup pizza sauce. We are using Trader Joes version.
• 8oz shredded mozzarella

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees

1. Roll the pizza dough to desired size. The wider the crust, the thinner it will be.
2. Put dough on a greased baking sheet
3. Brush dough almost to the edge with pizza sauce
4. Lay roasted veggies evenly over dough
5. Top with shredded mozzarella
6. Season if you want with Italian seasoning or salt and pepper.
7. Bake at 450 degree oven for 12 minutes or until desired color and doneness

Tomato Based Pizza

Sub Recipe: Roasted Veggies

Ingredients:

•  8 cups of any combination of fresh onions, peppers, zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms
• 1/4 oz vegetable oil
• Sat and pepper to taste

Instructions.

1. Preheat Oven to 450 degrees
2. Toss veggies with vegetable oil. Spread on baking sheet.
3. Roast for 15-20 minutes until desired doneness.
