Make-Ahead Recipe:
Ingredients:
16 oz of Quinoa cooked off ahead of time
- ¾ cup of dry quinoa
- 1 ¼ cup
of water
- Cook per instructions. Split batch into two for
use in recipes

Ingredients:
- 8 oz of cooked quinoa
- 4 oz Coconut Milk
- ¼ cup of dried cranberries
- 1 tsp agave syrup
- Dash of cinnamon
- ½ cup Fresh berries (your favorite are fine)
Instructions:
- Mix with cooked quinoa in pot, with coconut
milk, dried cranberries, and agave syrup.
- Cook quinoa over medium heat to a simmer,
stirring occasionally.
- Top with berries of choice
