Pesto Pizza

Ingredients:

• 1 x fresh pizza dough. We’re using Trader Joe’s version
• ½ cup pesto. We are using a nut free version.
• 8oz ball of fresh mozzarella slices, pre-sliced if possible
• 2 large vine ripened or heirloom tomatoes

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
2. Hand stretch the pizza dough to desired size. The wider the crust, the thinner it will be.
3. Put dough on a greased baking sheet
4. Brush dough almost to the edge with pesto
5. Lay sliced tomato evenly over dough
6. Top with fresh mozzarella
7. Bake at 450 degree oven for 12 minutes or until desired color and doneness
