The Boards of Older Adult Advisors (BOAAs) are two community advisory boards rooted in different communities: the city of Madison and rural Southwest Wisconsin. BOAAs meet with health researchers, providing guidance and shared their lived experiences to help health research better reflect the priorities of older people and lead to improvements in their health and well-being.
