Kenneth Wiseman '71 is an accomplished energy attorney and a UW-Madison history alumnus. Mr. Wiseman shares a story about his change of major from physics to history. Mr. Wiseman litigates complex energy cases and provides strategic advice to senior company executives on all aspects of electric and gas regulation and related commercial undertakings. He has argued cases before the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, the Florida Supreme Court, the Maryland Court of Appeals (the highest court in Maryland) and other state and federal courts.
